Previsico shortlisted for Insurance CX Award 2024 with partners Liberty Specialty Markets

We are delighted to have been shortlisted at the Modern Insurance Magazine’s Insurance CX Awards 2024 in the CX Partnership category.
This nomination recognises Previsico’s partnership with Liberty Specialty Markets which provides flood risk solutions to South Caernarfon Creameries.
As their insurer, Liberty Specialty Markets work closely with SCC to help mitigate their flood risk – including sensor solutions provided by Previsico. Sensors were placed on the upstream side of the bridge and other at-risk locations. Liberty and Previsico then assisted SCC with the creation of a robust emergency response plan (ERP) forming a part of our Business Continuity Plan, informed by data and diagnostics from the sensors and with clear actions in place when a flood alerts is issued.
We are very proud of our work with Liberty and the benefits this partnership has had for customers like South Caernarfon Creameries. We look forward to more success stories and recognition like this together in the future.
The winners will be announced on 7th February 2024 in London at the awards dinner.
