Project Manager

Previsico is a leading provider of flood risk management solutions, and we are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role based in Loughborough, UK, offering flexibility with 2 days in the office each week. As a Project Manager at Previsico, you will be at the forefront of delivering impactful business change projects, enhancing product development, and ensuring top-tier customer success.

Role details

  • Location: Loughborough, UK (Hybrid, 2 days in the office).
  • Salary: Competitive, depending on experience.
  • Working Hours: Flexible, 9:00am–5:00pm (e.g., 8:30am–4:30pm or 8:00am–4:00pm), 37.5 hours per week.
  • Probation Period: 6 months.

About you

We are looking for a Project Manager with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to quickly learn Previsico’s products, services, and processes, communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in using IT tools and platforms, including project management tools, issue trackers, and collaboration software.
  • Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile principles. Familiarity with Jira is beneficial but not essential.

Key responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

  • Lead and manage projects focused on product development, customer success, and business change.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation, ensuring clear alignment with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and deliver work packages, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery that meets business objectives.

Customer Onboarding & Support

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with Previsico’s flood resilience solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and providing continuous support.
  • Ensure customers have full understanding and are making the most of Previsico’s products and services.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Manage and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development and Engineering, to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.
  • Advocate for customer needs, offering valuable feedback that informs product development and service enhancements.

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline project delivery.
  • Contribute innovative ideas that enhance Previsico’s products and services, ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of flood risk mitigation.
  • Leverage Agile methodologies and Scrum to optimise project workflows and team efficiency.

Utilise Project Management Tools

  • Utilise tools such as Jira, Trello, and Confluence to manage projects effectively and ensure timely execution.
  • Apply Agile frameworks to track progress, manage tasks, and ensure project success.
