Upcoming Event: Previsico & UDlive Water Event 8th May 2024

Previsico and UDlive are hosting an in-person event titled: ‘Innovative technologies and how they can reduce flood risk in the water sector’.
An event bringing together water companies, insurers and brokers – sharing learnings on water sensor network development, data optimisation and discussing how flood forecasting and sensor technologies can be applied to help manage flood risk.
We will be joined by many companies and experts in the sector with confirmed presentations by Northern Ireland Water, Anglian Water, Southern Water, AXA XL and Descartes.
Speakers that have been announced
Dr Andrew Pledger, Head of IoT Systems at Previsico and Phil Bennett, Technical Director at UDlive will be discussing 'How innovative technologies is being applied to the challenges wastewater companies face with sewage network management'.
Keith Scott, Head of Business and Climate Reporting at Northern Ireland Water will be discussing 'Holistic risk management for water companies with a focus on insurance'.
Stephen Davies, Senior Accounts Consultant at AXA XL will be discussing 'Holistic risk management in the water sector – from a risk engineers perspective'.
Matthew Moore, Strategic Flood & Partnership Manager at Anglian Water will be presenting at the event.
Daniel McElhinney, Proactive Control Manager at Southern Water will be presenting at the event.

Please arrive at Lloyd’s in good time to collect your visitors pass at 1pm for a coffee and ready for the first presentation to start at 1.30pm. The presentations will end at 5.30pm and we invite you to stay for drink afterwards.
